Calling All Girls...

So last Sunday the U.S. Pole Dancing Championships hit the Bleecker Theater in New York City. This was a serious showdown. Sure the word on the street is that pole dancing has gone from erotic to aerobic, but the sensuality of the sport has not been lost. All eleven contestants performed their monkey climbs, chair spins, candlesticks, firemen, tuck spins, and inversions to perfection. But superstar Jenyne Butterfly beat them all to the punch with her signature "flag move" - picture her as the flag on the pole - bringing the crowd to its feet. "The Queen Of The Pole" (gosh, who wouldn't want to be known as this?!) took the prize. Congrats Jenyne...you are our idol in more ways than one.

Put up your own X-Pole at home. Why? Because it's fun.

End Of The Week Obsessions

Who said a little stalking was so bad? We've got some big screen flicks that focus on the female form of being overly attentive and some suggestions on how to get cheap and loaded. Why? Because we like you.

We Hurt? Why? Cause We Love. The Silent Movie Theater has a double feature tonight of two tales of some chicks who are just plain misunderstood. The Story Of Adele H starring a Fluffer Gal Fave Isabelle Adjani (above), and Remember My Name. They just wanted to be loved...is that so wrong?

Bottomless Booze. Times they are tough. But Ivan Kane knows a thing or two about keeping the tips in tipsy. His new haunt Cafe Was features bottomless carafs of vino for only 15 bucks. All night every night.

Hidden Agendas. The Varnish Bar has opened inside Cole's downtown. If you can find it hidden behind the secret entrance, perhaps a risky rendez-vous with make you a little sleazy at this speakeasy.

Now we're not advocating all out alcohol. Just suggesting some sips might just take the edge of your week and hopefully help you heighten the horny.

See It. Eat It.

Another Friday. Another attempt to titillate. We say indulge yourself in something outside the old zone of comfort and see where it takes you.

Dirty Pictures. WOW Storefront Gallery in Hollywood continues it's exhibition, All American Porn: 25 Years Of Erotic Photography. Get a glimpse of people getting caught in the act.

Biting It. The Bazaar at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills is living up to the hype. Chef Jose Andres will take your taste buds on a culinary journey that'll make those toes curl. Foie Gras lollipop with vanilla infused cotton candy anyone?

The Heart of the Matter

So it's finally another weekend, and this one is chock filled with options to get us all off. If you're sans a sweetheart this Valentine's, do sweat it. Being sexy is a state of mind, not a relationship status on Facebook. No need to be saint like.

Be Mine Bitches. LACE's annual Valentine's Day benefit bash. Perhaps there's a like minded art lover you can bring home to see your etchings.

Do It Big. If you're in the mood to mingle, downtown is where all the decadence is. Do Lab is throwing a to do that includes a performance by vampy vaudevillians Lucent Dossier.

Speaking of Spanking. Why not catch up on some much needed reading? Flogging is an excellent introduction to the art of tapping ass. We love a good page turner and know you do too.

And why waste all your time on the bells and whistles? A wise woman told us to skip the champagne and chocolate and head straight for the sheets. We say fuck, sleep, repeat.

Settle Down Now.

A fantastic friend was discussing the art of NOT settling over the weekend with us...and in honor of him and ourselves, here is a list what we WILL settle for, and nothing less:

1) Mind blowing sex and the chemistry that leads up to it.

Valentine's Day is approaching. Don't over think it. Just don't settle for anything less.

Monday Monday

The thing I love about the sex industry? Everything. 2009 AVNs were just splendid. Can't you tell?
